Schedule an Interview

Interviews are typically done Monday–Saturday 10am–5pm and Sunday 11am–3pm, by appointment. Already been to LifeTime Pet before? Make a reservation instead.

Required: Rabies, Bordetella, and DHPP (Distemper/Parvo/Parainfluenza/Adenovirus). Proof must be provided before the interview — email to vet@lifetimepet.net.

Benefits

Meet & Play: your dog is introduced to other dogs while our staff observes how they play. The conversation takes 10–15 minutes, but your dog is welcome to stay at least 3 hours at no charge.

Health Requirements: dogs must be at least 4 months old, spayed/neutered if over 7 months, current on Rabies, Bordetella, and DHPP, and free of fleas and ticks.

We'll Call You: your interview time isn't confirmed until you speak with our staff — we'll reach out within 24 hours to schedule a date and time.

FAQ

We just want to ensure that we are the right fit for your dog. During the interview, your dog will be introduced to a group of dogs with different energy and personality types for about 10-15 minutes while you fill out some paperwork up front in the store. We may ask for your dog to stay for an additional 6-hour free trial day for further assessment if needed. We’ll also need proof of shot records from your vet before the interview – email to vet@lifetimepet.net.

Proof of current vaccinations (Rabies, Distemper/DHPP, and Bordetella within the last 6 months) from your vet. You can email these to vet@lifetimepet.net ahead of time.
Dogs must be at least 4 months, or have had their first 3 rounds of puppy distemper, spayed/neutered if over 7 months, current on all vaccinations, in overall good health, free of fleas and ticks, and comfortable around other dogs and people. Final approval is made by our daycare attendants during the interview.
