LifeTime Pet offers free local delivery and in-store pickup for online orders. We do not currently ship orders by mail or carrier.

Free local delivery

We deliver online orders ourselves, free of charge, within our Olathe service area (ZIP codes 66051, 66061, 66062, and 66063). Once your order is placed, our team will prepare it and coordinate delivery. If we have any questions about your order or address, we will contact you using the details you provided at checkout.

In-store pickup

You may also choose to pick up your order at our store, 1030 East Santa Fe, Olathe, KS 66061. We will let you know when your order is ready.

Outside our delivery area

If your address is outside the ZIP codes above, we are not able to deliver online orders to you at this time, but you are always welcome to shop with us in store. We serve customers throughout Olathe, Overland Park, Lenexa, Gardner, and Shawnee at our physical location.
